ForestMind® sessions are based on guided exercises developed by Sirpa Arvonen, designed to be easy to apply in everyday life. The ForestMind® method draws on scientifically researched and confirmed health and wellbeing benefits of nature. These exercises help strengthen mental skills and overall wellbeing.
