Aana from Lillukkametsä is a Metsämieli® instructor, so you can also book a Metsämielibasic course, leader training, or instructor training for your group.

ForestMind® sessions are based on guided exercises developed by Sirpa Arvonen, designed to be easy to apply in everyday life. The ForestMind® method draws on scientifically researched and confirmed health and wellbeing benefits of nature. These exercises help strengthen mental skills and overall wellbeing. Lillukkametsä offers three different ForestMind® options.

ForestMind® Nature Trail for Children

The ForestMind® Nature Trail for Children offers guided wellbeing exercises in the peace of nature. The trail is walked at a calm pace, with breaks taken at one’s own rhythm, guided by signs or an instructor.

ForestMind® Trip

ForestMind® Trip offers a peaceful moment in nature – pause, breathe, and strengthen your wellbeing through guided exercises along a longer route.

ForestMind® taster session for Workplace Wellbeing brings new energy to the work community – whether outdoors in nature or indoors. The guided exercises support recovery and mental wellbeing.
